Below is a list of design projects I have been involved with that have been publicly announced
It's time for epic arena combat, in 3 dimensions! Epic snail is being developed for OOMM Games, and will feature collectible snail figurines, that stick to any surface of the arena!
I began game design initially on a whim, as a way to keep myself occupied on the long bus-rides to and from work every day. Over time however, this grew into something more, as I began finding design projects I could be truly passionate about.
The first of these passion projects was No Escape, a tile laying board game with the characters trying to escape a damaged space station. In 2014, after extensive playtesting, I felt this game was ready to try to find a publisher for. While working on new game projects, and planning expansions for No Escape, I began pitching No Escape to publishers.
Like most people new to the industry, I honestly had no idea how to go about this. Some of the information I had read had suggested the best way to pitch a game was to email publishers with the basic concept, and if they asked for more info, you'd passed the first stage of interest. Now I know there are much better ways to do this, but not then.
And so began a long year of hearing nothing back, as most of you would expect. so in early 2015 I began raising capitol (mainly by selling my belongings) in order to fund Artwork, advertising, and attempt to launch a Kickstarter. It was at this time I was told about a newer publishing company right in the city I lived in. I contacted them and managed to set up a meeting.
The company liked what they saw, not only for No Escape, but also for the other games I had in late prototype by this time. Long story short, they offered me a position within the company. The plan was that they would publish No Escape within a year, while I worked on all of the companies projects with them. Unfortunately they never released No Escape.
Fast-forward to mid-2017 when my employment with this company ends. I am now once again working on my own projects, and working towards releasing not only No Escape in the future, but other projects I have continued to work on in my (limited) spare time. I am currently employed as a contract game designer, helping publishers turn basic ideas into advanced prototypes.

Bring the Trailer Park home...to your kitchen table. This print and play tabletop war-game pits two or more players against each other in an attempt to raise the most cash before time runs out.
Players each have a set of goals (scams) they are trying to accomplish, while trying to prevent the opposing team(s) from doing the same. Alternatively, players can choose to simply start a trailer park brawl, and try to be the only team with characters left at the end of the game.
Each character has unique abilities to choose from, and any character can work with any other - if you so choose. So make your team of characters, and get ready to rule the trailer park.
